Responsibilities:

Fund Raising & Financial Structuring • Assist startups and manufacturing units in raising equity, debt, or hybrid funding • Structure funding through: o Banks & Financial Institutions o NBFCs o Private Equity / Venture Capital o Angel Investors / Family Offices o Government & PSU funding schemes • Advise on optimal capital structure, debt–equity mix, and funding strategy Documentation & Investor Readiness • Prepare or review: o Investor pitch decks o Financial models & projections o Information memorandums (IM) o Project reports / DPRs / feasibility studies • Ensure projects are investment-ready and lender-compliant Liaison & Deal Closure • Coordinate with: o Investors, banks, NBFCs, and funding agencies o Startup founders, promoters, and project consultants • Manage investor discussions, due diligence support, and term sheet negotiation • Assist till financial closure / disbursement Advisory & Strategic Support • Guide entrepreneurs on:



o Valuation expectations o Risk mitigation from an investor’s perspective o Compliance and funding-related documentation • Support manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, and startup projects

Engagement & Compensation
