Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, articulate, and student-focused Educators specializing in NCERTs for Government Exams and CBSE Boards to deliver high-impact live online classes, design conceptual notes, and mentor learners. You will play a pivotal role in teaching our flagship programs, breaking down complex foundational concepts and exam-level problem-solving into clear, high-yield learning modules.

Key Responsibilities

Live Instruction & Curriculum Delivery (60%)

- Conduct engaging, interactive live online classes according to the scheduled batch timetable, maintaining high student attention and conceptual clarity.
- Bridge school-level CBSE board fundamentals with advanced, application-based problem-solving required for Government Exams (such as UPSC, UPPCS, SSC) and competitive tracks.

Content & Assessment Creation (25%)

- Design comprehensive study notes, high-yield concept summaries, and chapter-wise diagnostic worksheets aligned with current CBSE and competitive exam trends.
- Curate and review practice question banks, mock test papers, and detailed solution manuals.

Student Mentorship & Doubt Resolution (15%)





- Actively resolve student queries during and after live instructional sessions.
- Guide learners on time-management strategies, exam temperament, and performance improvement based on diagnostic assessment reports.

What we are looking for

- Subject Expertise: Strong academic background and deep conceptual clarity in NCERT-based subjects (History, Polity, Geography, Economy, General Science, or Mathematics) for CBSE Boards and Government Exams.
- Teaching Skills: Proven ability to engage online student audiences, explain intricate concepts simply, and communicate fluently in a bilingual (Hindi & English / Hinglish) format.
- WFH Setup: A reliable laptop/PC, stable high-speed broadband internet, a digital pen tablet (stylus), and a quiet, qualified environment for clear audio-video streaming.
- Experience: Prior experience in online/offline teaching, tutoring, or content creation specifically tailored for school boards or competitive exam curricula.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
