- Manage incoming calls with exemplary phone etiquette, providing information and assistance as required.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records and documentation.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Assist in the development of strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate and assess the creditworthiness of clients
- Monitor and report on credit operations performance.
- Address and resolve any issues related to credit operations.
