Key Responsibilities

v Coordinate with the social media marketing agency for content, campaigns and monthly calendars.

v Manage CRM and ensure timely lead entry, assignment and follow-up tracking.

v Prepare and design professional presentations (PPTs) for marketing, sales, client meetings, and internal business requirements.

v Coordinate leads from website, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, social media and other channels.

v Monitor lead status from enquiry to site visit, proposal and closure.

v Coordinate WhatsApp Business/API campaigns and customer communication.

v Coordinate email marketing campaigns and maintain customer databases.

v Prepare brochures, presentations, creatives and other marketing collateral with the agency/design team.

v Track marketing activities, lead sources and campaign performance.

v Prepare weekly/monthly marketing and CRM MIS reports.





v Coordinate with sales, design, project teams and external agencies.

v Ensure no lead, follow-up or marketing activity is missed.

Required Skills

v 2–4 years of experience in Marketing, CRM or Marketing Operations.

v Good knowledge of CRM and lead management.

v Experience coordinating with digital marketing agencies.

v Understanding of social media, WhatsApp and email marketing.

v Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

v Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

v Organized, proactive and detail-oriented.

Preferred Industry

v Real Estate, Construction, Modular Construction, Interiors, Architecture or Hospitality.

v Qualification: Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.

v Clarify CRM and reporting expectations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
