To take decision for L1 vendor for placement of purchase order.To develop recent vendor for PP manufacturing of coil, pipe, panel.To ensure timely preparation of purchase order by buyer and material movement tovendor for start of manufacturing.Ensuring quality with FTR initiative and delivery of outsourced productsDevelopment of processes for pressure parts outsourcing activityDevelop and train team for improvement in pressure part manufacturing outsource processesCoordination with other departments like QC, F&A, Stores, Logistics, Planning, inventorycontrol.ExpeditingMaterial Accounting/Reconciliation for Outsource items where raw material is free issuefrom LMB.Follow up transportation and timely quality inspection.Troubleshooting and decision makingDriving Kaizen, 5 S initiative among team and vendor
