Experience: Fresher / Experienced

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers, distributors and potential business clients.
- Provide basic information about company products and services.
- Follow up on customer enquiries, leads and business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases and daily calling reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally over phone and WhatsApp.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, polite and qualified telephone etiquette.
- Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
