### Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing + Business Development Executive to join our team. The role involves a combination of digital marketing activities, lead generation, client communication, sales support, and business development.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of digital marketing, and a willingness to learn and grow in both marketing and business development.

### Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

- Identify and approach potential business clients through field visits and direct meetings.
- Generate leads and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Promote the company's digital marketing, lead generation, branding, and IT services.
- Meet business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain company services, prepare proposals, and follow up with potential clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and generate revenue for the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Maintain daily field visit reports, lead records, and sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Digital Marketing:

* Assist in managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

* Assist with content planning, posting, and social media activities.

* Research trending topics, content ideas, hashtags, and competitors.





* Support SEO and digital marketing activities.

* Assist with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

* Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.

* Conduct basic market and competitor research.

* Prepare basic reports related to digital marketing and lead generation.

### Requirements

* Graduate or pursuing a relevant degree/course in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or a related field.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Social Media.

* Comfortable with calling, client interaction, and follow-ups.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

* Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work as part of a team.

* Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.

- Willingness to travel within Pune for field visits.
