Position: Sales Officer Business Loans
Location: Yerwada, Pune
Payroll: Kotak Mahindra Bank (On-Roll)
Job Responsibilities:-
- Generate business loan leads through tele-calling and field visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable business loan products.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 months of sales or banking experience preferred.
- Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Salary & Benefits:-
- Salary: 2.7 LPA to 3.1 LPA CTC
