- Responsible for end to end Quality i.e. Supplier Quality, Incoming Quality, In-process Quality Assurance, Final Quality Assurance, Customer Feedback and Corrective Actions.
- Lead a team of LQA/IQA/FQA Engineers.
- Control Line PPM (IDU,ODU,HE) within targets.
- Control the FCR within monthly target.
- Daily, weekly & monthly review Quality performance and initiate necessary corrective action for Quality Improvement
- Monitor & follow up for actions implementation to reduce field complaint & to ensure implementation of QMS.
- Develop & upgrade SOP / standard to reduce gap in system
- Ensure necessary actions taken for improvement of worst vendors.
- To ensure preparation of various audit (internal & external) & document control related to QMS
- To ensure departmental expenses within budget
- Ensure zero production loss because of the quality issue.
- Quality Improvement Projects (through Six Sigma Methodology, 7QC Methodology, Kaizen etc.)
- Establish, monitor,



and control the process in line with IMS and other certification requirements
- Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements in terms applicable product certifications Certification like, QCO
- Quality Planning for Recent Products.
- Develop, upgrade Quality Assurance Documents like QAPs, Control Plans , Process and Product Audits check lists etc.
- Interface between R&D; and Manufacturing team.
- Conduct Process, Products Audits and draw, implement actions plan for improvements.
- Management Representative for IMS
- Conduct Management Review Meetings
- Coordinate with Third Party Agencies , Consultants , Customer for witness inspections
- Handle customer quality complaints
- Interact customers , dealers and sales & service teams for capturing opportunities for improvements with respect to the product quality.
