Key Responsibilities

Website Design & Developer & E-commerce Management

- Develop, design, and maintain customised websites based on business requirements using suitable programming languages and technologies.
- Manage and customise the company's e-commerce website on platforms such as Shopify and WordPress.
- Develop custom website features, functionalities, pages, and applications through coding.
- Handle both front-end and back-end development, including database management and API integrations.
- Develop and integrate customised applications, including loyalty programs, reward points systems, and customer engagement features.
- Integrate payment gateways, third-party applications, CRM tools, and other business systems.
- Ensure website speed, security, mobile responsiveness, and smooth functionality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, fix bugs, and maintain existing websites and applications.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
- Practical experience in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shopify Liquid, WordPress, and e-commerce website development.
- Knowledge of databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
- Ability to develop customised websites and applications based on business requirements.
- Knowledge of website security, performance optimisation, and responsive design.

Website Design & UX Ownership

- Design and maintain website layouts, page structures,



and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create conversion-focused landing pages with explicit CTA and user-friendly navigation.
- Ensure consistent brand identity, typography, colours, and visual hierarchy across the website.
- Optimise product page layouts, banners, offers, and promotional sections for better conversions.

Platform & Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with React, Java, Java Script, HTML 5, CSS , Shopify / e-commerce CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid (Ruby-based templating).
- Experience implementing analytics tools, tracking pixels, and integrations.
- Understanding of payment gateways, checkout flows, and order management.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, and CRO principles.
- Proficiency in Figma / Adobe XD / Photoshop / Illustrator / Canva.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX and conversion-focused design.
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first layouts.
- Ability to design product pages, campaign pages, and landing pages.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Development, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in web development and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience in developing customised websites and applications is essential.
- Experience in developing or integrating loyalty program applications is an added advantage.
- Experience with D2C, healthcare, FMCG, or B2B websites is preferred.
