We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Marketing Team. The candidate should have English & Hindi communication skills and be capable of contacting customers, promoting company products, generating leads, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and prospective clients regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.




- Support the marketing team in promotional activities and customer outreach.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Any degree is mandatory.
- English & Hindi communication skills are essential.
- Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
