Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain monitoring solutions using various tools such as Azure Monitoring, Cloud Monitoring, Dynatrace, Foglight, Grafana, Splunk.
- Troubleshoot issues related to network performance monitoring and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement in the IT infrastructure and develop strategies to address them.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Servicenow to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for IT services.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in Network Performance Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Cisco products including routers, switches, firewalls; Juniper Mist wireless networks; SolarWinds monitoring software; SNMP protocol.
