Job Description – Cafe Chef

Job Title: Cafe Chef / Cafe Cook

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Cafe Chef to prepare delicious food and beverages while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, presentation, and quality. The candidate should be capable of preparing a variety of cafe menu items and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve cafe menu items such as sandwiches, burgers, pizza, pasta, fries, wraps, and snacks.
- Prepare beverages such as milkshakes, mojitos, smoothies, cold coffee, and other specialty drinks, depending on the menu.
- Maintain consistent taste, food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Monitor ingredient stock, freshness, and food storage.
- Minimize food wastage and follow food safety practices.




- Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain it properly.
- Assist in menu development and introduce new food items.
- Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely order preparation.

Required Skills:

- Experience in cafe cooking and food preparation.
- Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
- Ability to prepare food quickly without compromising quality.
- Basic inventory management and ingredient handling.
- Teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant culinary training may also apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Based on experience and skills.

Work Location: Villupuram

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
