About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented designer to shape how 1Lattice looks and feels across every touchpoint, from client-facing reports to social media. You’ll turn complex ideas and research into visuals that are clear, memorable, and on-brand, working closely with our marketing and communication teams.

What You’ll Do:

- Create and edit videos, audio content, shorts and other multimedia assets using Adobe Creative Suite and relevant editing tools.

- Develop engaging static creatives, brochures, newsletters, infographics, social media posts, presentations and reports. Conceptualise fresh design themes aligned with brand guidelines.

- Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft PowerPoint to create high-quality, professional visual assets.





- Be proficient in using AI tools and LLM models to generate creative concepts, explore design directions, develop visual assets, and improve the speed and quality of content production.

- Translate briefs into compelling visual communication, maintain consistency across digital and print formats, manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs within deadlines

What You Bring

- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably from a creative agency

- A portfolio that shows range across print, digital, presentations and video

- A creative bent of mind, with the ability to originate fresh concepts and themes

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Sharp attention to detail and accuracy

- Comfort working with marketing and communication tools and apps
