Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of office, pantry, and washrooms

Serve tea/coffee/water to staff and visitors

Handle files, documents, and photocopying work

Assist staff in daily office tasks

Open and close the office on time

Perform outdoor duties like bank work, courier, and bill payments

Support smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

Basic reading and writing skills

Honest, punctual, and disciplined

Physically fit for office duties

Experience preferred but not mandatory

Salary: As per experience

कार्य की जिम्मेदारियाँ:

ऑफिस,



पेंट्री और वॉशरूम की साफ-सफाई रखना

स्टाफ और आगंतुकों को चाय/कॉफी/पानी देना

फाइलों व दस्तावेज़ों का प्रबंधन एवं फोटोकॉपी कार्य

दैनिक कार्यालय कार्यों में सहायता करना

समय पर ऑफिस खोलना और बंद करना

बैंक, कूरियर व अन्य बाहरी कार्य करना

ऑफिस के दैनिक कार्यों को सुचारू रखना

योग्यता:

सामान्य पढ़ना-लिखना आना चाहिए

ईमानदार, समयनिष्ठ एवं अनुशासित

शारीरिक रूप से स्वस्थ

अनुभव हो तो अच्छा, पर अनिवार्य नहीं

वेतन: अनुभव के अनुसार
