About Taaj Labs

Taaj Labs is a technology company from Ludhiana (Punjab), that builds software for businesses - websites, online stores, mobile apps, custom software, and AI assistants for voice calls and WhatsApp. We build them in the languages their customers actually speak: regional languages including Punjabi, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati etc, plus English and other international languages. We work with clinics, salons, showrooms, schools, restaurants, shops and any other growing businesses that want to look qualified online, sell more and serve customers better.

The role

You’ll be our Business Development Executive (Anywhere in Punjab), and the face of Taaj Labs to business owners across Punjab. You’ll understand what each business needs - a website, an online store, an app, software to run their operations, or AI to handle customer calls and messages - and turn that into a project with us.

What you’ll do

- Find and approach businesses in your region across many sectors
- Field visits and phone outreach - meet owners in person, plus calls and WhatsApp follow-ups
- Understand each business’s needs and suggest the right solution: website, e-commerce, app,



custom software or AI based solutions.
- Show our work and live AI demo, and explain simply how it helps them
- Follow up with interested prospects and close deals
- Keep a detailed daily record of visits, meetings and follow-ups
- Share what you hear from customers, so we keep improving what we offer

What we’re looking for

- Experienced in field sales or B2B sales - IT, software or digital services sales is a big plus
- Fluent in Punjabi and Hindi, comfortable in basic English
- Confident talking to business owners and handling “no” with a smile
- Comfortable with technology - you don’t need to be very technical, but should be able to understand what a business needs and explain our solutions clearly
- Self-driven and organised: you’ll work independently in the field
- A local network of business owners is a big plus

What we offer

Fixed salary + uncapped commission on sales, travel and phone allowance.
