Ltd., a Channel Partner of Adani Solar, is looking for a result-oriented and dynamic Area Sales Executive to strengthen its B2B sales operations and expand its dealer network. If you have experience in B2B sales, business development or channel sales, this is an exciting opportunity to grow with a leading solar distribution company. ?

ABOUT THE ROLE
The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, acquiring recent B2B customers, developing dealer networks and expanding market presence across assigned territories. ?

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify new markets and potential dealer clusters.
* Acquire new B2B clients and drive revenue growth.
* Recommend suitable solar products to customers.
* Negotiate business deals and convert leads into orders.
* Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. ? ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
* Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
* 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, dealer development or channel sales. ? REQUIRED SKILLS




* 3–5 years of field sales / B2B sales experience (solar industry experience preferred).
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Good knowledge of the solar industry and local markets.
* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets. ? KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPIs)
* Revenue growth and new customer acquisition.
* Dealer network development and market expansion.
* Order conversion and customer relationship management.
