What You’ll Do
• Prepare export documents: invoice, packing list, shipping bill, bill of lading, certificate of origin
• Work with freight forwarders and CHAs, compare quotes, pick the best
• Book shipments, containers (FCL and LCL), and vessels
• Track shipments and keep customers updated till delivery
• Handle customs clearance and port issues
• Research import rules, duties, and certifications per country
• Keep LUT, invoicing, and GST refunds compliant
• Follow up on export payments and bank documents What You Should Know
• IEC, ITC-HS codes, DGFT basics
• Incoterms and payment terms (LC, advance)
• FEMA basics, e-BRC, RoDTEP or duty drawback
• Containers, vessel schedules, marine cargo insurance Requirements
• 1 to 4 years in exports, freight forwarding,



or shipping documentation
• English and Hindi (must). Telugu and Tamil (positive to have)
• Comfortable with Excel and customs and DGFT portals
• Contacts at forwarders, CHAs, or shipping lines
• Degree or diploma in International Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain (addition) Compensation
• Training period (6 months): ₹20,000 per month
