Role Description This is a full-time, in office Gmail Lead Generation Specialist role based in Noida. The specialist will use Gmail and related tools to identify, contact, and qualify new leads for Global FPO’s services, focusing on targeted outreach to accounting firms, businesses, and potential partners. Daily activities include researching prospects, crafting personalized email campaigns, managing inbox communications, and maintaining accurate lead records in internal systems or CRM platforms. The role involves coordinating with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, follow up on warm leads, and track lead conversion metrics. The specialist will also analyze campaign performance, adjust outreach strategies, and uphold Global FPO’s standards for professional, secure, and compliant communication. Qualifications




• Robust lead-focused skills, including experience generating new leads and managing end-to-end lead generation activities.
• Ability to use Gmail and related tools effectively for lead generation, including structured outreach, follow-ups, and inbox management.
• Excellent communication skills, with clear, professional email writing and the ability to engage prospects and build rapport.
• Understanding of sales processes, with the ability to qualify leads, support the sales pipeline, and collaborate with sales teams.
• Solid research skills to identify target markets, key decision-makers, and relevant contact information.
• Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools, and basic data entry and reporting capabilities.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
