Role Description The General Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to walk-in and referred patients at Sehathub’s Jhanjarpur outlet. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing physical examinations, diagnosing common acute and chronic conditions, prescribing appropriate treatments, and advising on preventive health measures. The role also involves coordinating with pharmacy staff to ensure accurate dispensation of medicines, maintaining clear and timely medical records, and guiding patients on medication adherence and lifestyle modifications. The physician will support health awareness initiatives,



provide basic training and clinical guidance to nursing and support staff, and follow all clinical and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jhanjarpur. Qualifications
• Strong clinical expertise in Medicine and Family Medicine, with the ability to manage a broad range of primary care cases.
• Proficiency in Primary Care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient counseling.
• Experience collaborating with Nursing and other clinical staff to deliver coordinated, safe patient care.
• Ability to provide Training and clinical guidance to team members on protocols, patient safety, and best practices.
• Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from an accredited institution; valid medical registration/license to practice.
• Prior experience in clinic, hospital, or primary care settings; experience in community or retail healthcare is an advantage.
• Clear, compassionate communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
• Solid ethical standards, attention to detail in documentation, and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail healthcare environment.
