Role Description The Senior Full-Stack Developer contract role is a remote position responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that support Talevo’s creator and brand ecosystem. Day-to-day tasks include implementing front-end interfaces, building and optimizing back-end services and APIs, integrating third-party platforms, and ensuring responsive, accessible user experiences. The developer will collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, while reviewing code, mentoring other developers, and promoting best practices in software engineering. The role also involves monitoring application performance, troubleshooting issues,



and contributing to architectural decisions that improve reliability and security. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid Full-Stack Development and Software Development skills, with experience building and maintaining production-grade web applications.
• Candidates should possess Front-End Development skills, including proficiency with modern JavaScript frameworks and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for responsive UI design.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, including experience with server-side languages, RESTful APIs, databases, and application security best practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in code review, testing (unit and integration), and version control (e.g., Git) to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Candidates should possess strong problem-solving abilities, clear written and verbal communication, and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a remote, cross-functional environment.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectures is highly beneficial.
• Familiarity with marketing technology, analytics tools, or influencer platforms is a plus, as is prior experience in the creator or advertising ecosystem.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
