- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview updates and follow-ups.
- Assist in onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
- Support the HR team in attendance management and other HR operations.
