We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to build, lead and scale our digital marketing operations, driving profitable D2C sales and high-quality B2B leads across India.

Key Responsibilities
• D2C Growth: Scale profitable online sales through our ecommerce website, Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.
• Performance Marketing: Strategise, execute and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search and Shopping campaigns.
• B2B Lead Generation: Build inbound lead funnels targeting automotive dealers, wholesalers, installers and distributors nationwide.
• Ecommerce & CRO: Optimise landing pages, product listings, checkout funnels, conversion rates and Average Order Value (AOV).
• Brand & Content Strategy: Drive Instagram, Facebook and YouTube growth through compelling campaigns, Reels, product videos and premium CGI creatives.
• Retention Marketing:



Develop WhatsApp and email automation campaigns to improve repeat purchases and lead nurturing.
• Analytics & Profitability: Track ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV, conversions and campaign profitability.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, build and manage an in-house digital marketing and creative team. What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, ecommerce and digital growth. ✅ Advanced hands-on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4 and Shopify/WooCommerce. ✅ Demonstrated success in scaling D2C revenue and generating qualified B2B leads. ✅ Strong understanding of unit economics, creative testing, conversion optimisation and marketing analytics. ✅ Ability to independently develop strategies, execute campaigns and lead a team. ✅ Experience in automotive, consumer electronics, hardware or D2C brands preferred.
