Team members work closely with clients, contractors, and retailers to support long-term business relationships and repeat sales. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Tapi. The Sales team member will engage with walk-in customers, builders, and contractors to understand their requirements and recommend suitable products such as sanitary ware, tiles, and kota stone. Daily activities include explaining product features and pricing, preparing quotations, negotiating terms within company guidelines, and closing sales. The role also involves maintaining product displays, updating inventory and sales records, coordinating with the warehouse for order fulfillment, and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.



The team member will collaborate with management to meet sales targets and participate in basic local marketing and promotional activities. Qualifications
• Strong sales and customer service skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and close deals.
• Basic knowledge of building materials such as sanitary ware, tiles, and stone products, or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to manage records and handle simple documentation related to quotations, invoices, and order tracking.
• Good communication skills in relevant local languages and clear, professional interaction with diverse customers.
• Comfort working in office in a showroom/warehouse environment and coordinating with internal teams.
• Previous experience in retail, construction materials, or field sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Minimum high school education; additional training or certification in sales or business is a plus.
• Reliability, integrity, and a willingness to work flexible hours as needed to support business operations.
