Zynsi is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to manage our clients’ social media presence, develop engaging content, and turn brand goals into transparent content strategies.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
* Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
* Write engaging captions, reel scripts, and brand-specific content.
* Coordinate with designers, video editors, and shoot teams to deliver content on time.
* Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
* Manage comments and DMs in line with each brand’s tone.
* Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare performance reports.
* Coordinate with clients on content approvals, feedback, and campaign requirements.



What We’re Looking For
* Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
* Strong copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
* Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and platform analytics.
* Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Canva.
* Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
* Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
