Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Perintalmanna. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings and plans, and coordinating designs with structural, MEP, and interior disciplines. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, creating design proposals, managing approvals, and ensuring compliance with building codes and standards. The role involves overseeing project progress, collaborating with contractors and consultants, resolving design and site issues,



and supporting smooth integration of architectural plans with software-based project management tools. The Architect will also contribute to documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of design and delivery processes. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development related to design tools, BIM, or project management systems.
• Proficiency with CAD/BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and basic knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Accredited degree in Architecture (B.
Arch or equivalent) and relevant professional experience in building design and execution.
• Ability to work in office, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality.
