Senior Power Platform Engineer Employment Type: Contract -Long term Start Date: Immediate / ASAP Experience Required: 7-10+ Years Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Engineer to play a key role in delivering high-impact projects within aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in quick-paced environments, possesses strong communication skills, and demonstrates a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. As the lead technical contributor, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering end-to-end solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, and related Microsoft technologies.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of scalable, secure, and maintainable Power Platform solutions.
• Develop enterprise-grade applications leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. Business Analysis & Stakeholder Engagement
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs and implementation plans.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending best-fit solutions to meet business objectives. Application Development
• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using:
• Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Power Pages
• Microsoft Dataverse
• SQL-based data solutions
• Integrate applications with internal and external data sources to deliver seamless user experiences.



Workflow Automation
• Build and optimize business process automations using Power Automate.
• Implement advanced exception handling, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies. Governance, Security & ALM
• Provide guidance on data modeling, security architecture, governance standards, and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).
• Establish and promote Power Platform best practices, reusable components, and development standards. System Integration
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• Microsoft 365
• Dynamics 365
• Azure Services (Logic Apps, Azure Data Factory)
• Third-party applications and enterprise systems Technical Leadership & Mentoring
• Mentor and support development teams on platform capabilities, solution architecture, coding standards, and implementation best practices.
• Drive technical excellence through knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance & Innovation
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and data privacy requirements.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft's evolving Power Platform roadmap and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Core Technical Expertise




• 7-10+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong expertise in:
• Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)

• SQL Advanced Skills
• Experience with:
• Power BI
• Copilot Studio
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure Data Factory Domain Knowledge
• Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ) is highly desirable. DevOps & ALM
• Experience implementing DevOps practices and ALM processes within Power Platform environments.
• Exposure to tools such as:

• GitHub Actions
• Power Platform Build Tools Professional Skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
