• Own and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Scale ad spends while maintaining strong ROAS and CAC.
• Test creatives, audiences, hooks, and campaign strategies.
• Analyze daily performance and drive continuous improvements.
• Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ads.
• Manage tracking, attribution, and reporting. What We’re Looking For
• 2–5 years of hands-on Meta Ads experience.
• Must have worked with D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Proven experience scaling Meta Ads budgets profitably.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, and conversion funnels.
• Experience with Shopify, Meta Ads Manager, Pixel, and CAPI.
• Analytical, execution-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup.
