About the Role
This is an opportunity to build and manage AssetMark’s trade operations in Hyderabad. As Manager, Trade Operations, you’ll run a scalable, high-performance operation that supports financial advisors and their clients across the end-to-end securities lifecycle. You’ll oversee trade processing, reconciliation, transaction and tax lot accounting, corporate actions and asset servicing. You’ll own the control environment and drive rapid detection and resolution of outages. You’ll also lead an engaged team that delivers exceptional service at scale. What You’ll Do
• Set the operational vision and lead organizational design, workforce planning and capability development.
• Drive continuous improvement in scale, accuracy and cycle time across trade processing, reconciliation, corporate actions, security master and security valuation.
• Set and report KPIs (SLA, accuracy, cost per transaction, cycle time, resolution speed) to executive leadership.
• Maintain strong operational controls, regulatory compliance and audit readiness, with a high sense of urgency around preventing and resolving outages.
• Partner with Product, Technology, Client Service and Finance on workflow innovation and automation, and manage budgets and efficiency targets.
• Lead, coach and develop high-performing teams, and drive engagement, retention and succession planning. What You Bring
• 8–10 years in financial services or investment operations, with [X]+ years leading multi-function or large-scale teams.
• Deep knowledge of trade processing (equities, fixed income, mutual funds, options and derivatives), transaction and tax lot accounting, security master, valuations and reconciliation.
• Understanding of end-to-end system and data flows, including upstream and downstream dependencies,



exception handling and the impact of technology changes.
• Experience leading platform transformation, system migration, workflow redesign or automation and AI initiatives, including reducing cost per account.
• Experience in wealth management or RIA platforms, and with trading, custody and back-office systems such as Beta, APL, Vestmark or Broadridge.
• Expertise in operational risk, controls and regulatory compliance, with a data-driven approach and strong executive communication skills. Nice to Have
• Lean or Six Sigma process improvement experience.
• Change management or transformation leadership experience. Education
