Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Shipping and Logistics role based in Coimbatore. The position is responsible for managing daily shipping and receiving activities, including verifying incoming and outgoing materials, preparing documentation, and coordinating with carriers. The role involves packing and labeling goods, organizing storage, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The team member will operate material-handling equipment as needed, support inventory control processes, and ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures. Collaboration with warehouse, procurement,



and operations teams is expected to meet dispatch timelines and service requirements. Qualifications
• Practical experience in Shipping & Receiving and Shipping operations, including handling documentation and coordination with transport partners.
• Skills in Packing and basic warehouse handling, with attention to labeling, packaging standards, and product protection.
• Knowledge of Forklift Operation or similar material-handling equipment, following safety protocols and site procedures.
• Experience in Inventory Control, stock counting, and maintaining accurate records using manual or digital systems.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple shipments and tasks.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse or ERP systems is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Coimbatore, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and follow standard operating procedures.
• Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain; a relevant diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an advantage.
