No phone calls are required—all support is handled via written communication.

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer queries and support tickets via chat, email, and digital messaging platforms.

Provide clear, concise, and professional written solutions to resolve customer issues.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and empathetically.





Collaborate smoothly with team leads and peers to hit team performance targets.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; 1+ year of customer service/BPO experience is an added advantage.

Communication: Exceptional written English communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.

Education: High School Diploma / 12th Pass or equivalent.

Tech Skills: Computer savvy with comfortable typing speed and accuracy.

Shift Flexibility: Open to working in a 24/7 operational environment with rotational shifts.
