### About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead the Agency Sales business for a leading Life Insurance organization.

The role involves managing branch-level sales operations, building and developing a productive advisor network, leading field sales teams, driving business growth, and achieving assigned revenue and sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have robust Life Insurance experience, proven team-handling capabilities, and a successful track record in field sales and Agency Channel development.

### Key Responsibilities

- Drive branch-level business growth and achieve sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and motivate the field sales team.
- Recruit, develop, and activate insurance advisors.
- Drive business through the Agency Sales channel.
- Monitor team productivity and individual performance.




- Develop market strategies for customer acquisition and business expansion.
- Build strong relationships with advisors and business partners.
- Ensure sales quality, compliance, and business persistency.

### Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Life Insurance field sales with team handling.
- Agency Sales experience is strongly preferred.
- Proven experience in building and managing advisor teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of life insurance products and market dynamics.
- Consistent track record of achieving sales targets.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
