Location: Pune, Maharashtra (On-site, Full-time)

Salary: ₹10–15 LPA + performance Bonus

NeuroNetworks AI Ed is looking for an exceptional AI Instructor & Technical Educator to become the face and voice of our flagship Neuromind AI Creator Program.

We're building a structured, practical AI education experience for students after Class 10 and college students, combining high-quality recorded lectures with hands-on learning in our proprietary browser-based labs.

YOUR ROLE

- You'll take ownership of the teaching experience across our 104-lecture, one-year AI program.
- Write engaging, technically accurate lecture scripts based on our curriculum.
- Record approximately 40-minute, studio-style video lectures featuring clear explanations, screen demonstrations, and live coding.
- Break down complex AI and programming concepts into simple, beginner-friendly English.
- Work closely with our Course Architect to align lessons with practical lab exercises.
- Help keep our content relevant as AI technologies evolve.

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW

We're looking for a strong combination of teaching experience and practical technical expertise.

Core skills:

- Python programming, APIs, OOP and debugging
- Generative AI, LLM APIs, prompting and RAG
- AI agents and workflow automation
- Git, contemporary AI coding tools and hands-on development




- Excellent spoken English, storytelling and presentation skills

Additional skills that will set you apart:

- FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, Linux and Docker
- LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI and Claude Agent SDK
- MCP, local LLMs, AI security and monitoring
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner or PCEP certification

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR ?

- Minimum 1 years of experience creating and teaching recorded/on-demand technical courses (3+ years preferred).
- Experience with either Udemy, YouTube, EdTech platforms, corporate learning or similar environments.
- Someone who can independently script, explain and demonstrate technical concepts.
- A confident on-camera educator who genuinely enjoys teaching beginners.
- Based in Pune or willing to relocate, (relocation allowance will be given) and able to join within 14 days of receiving an offer.
