Kadkraft Systems is hiring a Techno-Commercial Engineer to promote and sell one of the world’s fastest AI-based Plastic Injection Moulding Simulation Software.

Who can apply?

- CIPET graduates / diploma holders.
- Candidates with practical experience in plastic injection moulding.
- Freshers and professionals with 0–3 years of experience.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of plastic injection moulding processes.
- Familiarity with 3D CAD / CAM software.
- Exposure to simulation software such as Autodesk Moldflow or Moldex3D will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication, presentation and customer interaction skills.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and demonstrate injection moulding simulation capabilities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Explain how simulation can reduce mould trials, defects and product development time.
- Handle additional technical requirements relating to CAM solutions and die simulation as and when required.
- Interact with plastic processors, mould makers and product development teams.

Commercial Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities among plastic processors, OEMs and mould manufacturers.
- Generate leads through customer visits, prospecting and industry networking.




- Promote and sell simulation software and related engineering solutions.
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations and follow up on business opportunities.
- Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate with customers and support deal closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and develop long-term customer relationships.

Other Requirements

- Willingness to undertake business travel to customer locations across any part of India.
- Flexibility to handle multiple engineering software product portfolios beyond the primary responsibility.
