Role Description The Credit Specialist role at B-Vyapari is a full-time, in office position based in Nagpur.

The Credit

Specialist will review and assess customer creditworthiness, analyze financial data, and determine appropriate credit limits and payment terms. This role involves monitoring outstanding balances, tracking payment behavior, and proactively following up on overdue accounts to minimize credit risk.



The specialist will collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve account issues, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure clear communication regarding credit policies and decisions.

Daily responsibilities also include maintaining accurate credit records, preparing credit-related reports, and contributing to the improvement of internal credit processes and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Credit Management skills and a solid understanding of Finance principles.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for evaluating financial data, credit histories, and risk indicators.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills for handling inquiries, negotiations, and account resolutions.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in using spreadsheets, financial software, and business management tools for reporting and documentation.
- Relevant experience in credit control, accounts receivable, or financial operations is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently as well as in a cross-functional team are important.
