Finance Associate

As a Finance Associate at Skydo, you own the numbers behind a fast-growing, multi-entity fintech. From closing the books each month across India and global entities to statutory compliance, audits, and the systems that hold it all together, you are the person who keeps the finance function accurate, on time, and built to scale.

What you will do:

- Month closure: Own month closures across India and global entities to strict timelines, including cash vs. accrual P&L; reconciliation
- Statutory compliance & audit: Manage statutory compliance across India and global entities, and lead the statutory audit end-to-end
- Financial statements: Prepare and consolidate financial statements across the group
- Treasury & intercompany: Manage treasury operations and intercompany reconciliations, settlements, and governance
- Transfer pricing: Own transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking, and intercompany alignment
- Process, controls & automation: Build stronger processes and controls,



and automate finance workflows to reduce manual work
- Special projects: Support fundraising, financial modelling, and ad-hoc deep dives as they come up

You’re a good fit if you have:

- 2–4 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting
- Solid fundamentals in accounting, audit, and direct/indirect tax
- Detail-obsessed, but able to zoom out and see the system
- Bonus: exposure to fintech, cross-border payments, or multi-entity setups
