Role Description The Gaming Maintenance role at Underdoggs is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for the daily inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of gaming equipment and consoles to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. The team member will monitor gaming areas, perform routine preventive checks, coordinate repairs with vendors when needed, and keep hardware, software, and peripherals updated.

The role includes supporting guests with basic technical issues, explaining game setups and rules, and maintaining a clean, organized, and secure gaming environment.



Collaboration with operations and customer service teams is expected to optimize the guest experience and support special events or tournaments.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Gaming and eSports knowledge, with familiarity across popular titles, platforms, and competitive formats.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for troubleshooting technical issues, monitoring performance, and identifying recurring problems.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused Customer Service skills to assist guests, resolve concerns, and maintain a welcoming environment.
- Basic technical and hardware understanding for installing, configuring, and maintaining gaming consoles, PCs, and related equipment.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and event days, as required by venue operations.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow maintenance checklists and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in gaming centers, arcades, hospitality, or a related technical support role is an advantage.
