Role Description This full-time remote Management Analyst role focuses on improving Taxcart’s operational efficiency and supporting strategic decision-making.

The Management

Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, identify trends, and develop recommendations to optimize tax processes and business performance.

Key responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, supporting program and project planning, documenting workflows, and assisting with implementation of process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to training materials for internal stakeholders, and helping ensure that Taxcart’s solutions align with customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications





- Solid analytical skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Clear and professional communication skills for working with cross-functional teams, preparing reports, and presenting findings.
- Foundational knowledge of finance or business operations, with experience interpreting financial metrics or performance indicators.
- Program management skills for coordinating initiatives, tracking progress, and supporting implementation of process improvements.
- Experience in designing or delivering training, or creating documentation and guides for internal or external stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and analytics tools; experience with BI platforms or SQL is a plus.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across time zones.
- Experience in SaaS, fintech, tax technology, or consulting is beneficial but not required.
