Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physics Faculty role located in Bhubaneswar. The faculty member will teach Physics to NEET and JEE aspirants, design lesson plans, and deliver classroom lectures that build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills. Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating study materials, creating and evaluating assignments and tests, and providing doubt-clearing sessions and individualized academic support.

The role also involves analyzing students’ performance, offering feedback, coordinating with other faculty for integrated course planning,



and participating in faculty meetings and training sessions to enhance teaching effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Strong command of core Physics concepts relevant to NEET and JEE syllabi.
- Knowledge of advanced or Theoretical Physics topics to deepen students’ understanding.
- Background in Physics Education methodology, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- Proficiency in Mathematics for numerical problem-solving and derivations.
- Awareness of related domains such as Astronomy to provide broader scientific context.
- Previous experience teaching or coaching for NEET, JEE, or similar competitive exams is highly beneficial.
- Ability to design structured lesson plans, tests, and practice materials aligned with exam patterns.
- Excellent classroom management, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Master’s degree or higher in Physics or a closely related field preferred.
