At Ruchs, we’re building a sustainable fashion consumer brand, and we’re looking for creative, proactive, and marketing-driven individuals who want to contribute to building a brand from the ground up. ?

We’re inviting applications for two exciting opportunities!

1️⃣ MARKETING INTERN

? Eligibility: Students or recent graduates who have completed a marketing/digital marketing course and are interested in social media, content creation, and brand building.

? Stipend: ₹5,000–₹15,000/month

? Work Mode: Hybrid or Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn content and publishing.
- Create reels, posts, stories, and engaging brand content.
- Plan and maintain daily/weekly social media calendars.
- Coordinate content shoots and maintain shooting schedules.
- Research fashion, consumer, and social media trends.
- Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communication.
- Track engagement and identify opportunities for organic growth.

2️⃣ FULL-TIME MARKETING ASSOCIATE

? Eligibility: Graduates with a marketing/digital marketing qualification and relevant internship or work experience.

? Salary:



₹15,000–₹25,000/month, depending on skills and experience

? Work Mode: Full-time, Work From Office

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to strengthen brand presence.
- Develop content calendars and oversee consistent content execution.
- Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, reels, and creative production.
- Research trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Support influencer collaborations, partnerships, and product launches.
- Monitor social media performance and marketing metrics.
- Work closely with the Founder on brand positioning and growth.
- Take end-to-end ownership of marketing initiatives.

? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We’re looking for individuals who:

- Have completed a marketing or digital marketing course.
- Have practical experience through internships, projects, or previous roles.
- Understand social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Are creative, organised, proactive, and consistent.
- Can take ownership and execute ideas without constant follow-ups.
- Are interested in fashion, sustainability, D2C brands, and entrepreneurship.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion activities.
- Candidates should possess Sales & Marketing skills to assist in campaign execution, promotions, and brand outreach.
