Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Specialist role based in Kochi.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, understand their construction and interior requirements, and present suitable design–build and turnkey solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, preparing and following up on proposals and estimates, managing leads, and maintaining accurate records in sales systems or CRM tools. The role involves collaborating closely with design and project teams to align client expectations with technical feasibility,



supporting site visits, and participating in presentations or demonstrations.

The Sales

Specialist will also contribute to sales reporting, assist in training initiatives, and support continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support knowledge sharing within the sales team and assist in onboarding new team members.
- Relevant experience in construction, interiors, real estate, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kochi, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
