Role Description The Sanskrit Faculty for SSB TGT & OSSTET at Bidyasagar Classes will deliver high-quality classroom instruction in Sanskrit to students preparing for teacher eligibility and related examinations. This full-time, in office role is based in Bhubaneswar and involves planning and conducting lessons aligned with relevant exam syllabi and school-level standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, explaining grammar and literature concepts, guiding students through previous years’ question papers, and organizing doubt-clearing sessions.

The faculty member will design and review practice tests, evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback,



and maintain accurate academic records. Collaboration with other faculty to improve teaching strategies, participate in academic meetings, and support institutional initiatives is expected.

Qualifications

- Robust subject knowledge in Sanskrit language, grammar, and literature, with the ability to explain concepts clearly and accurately.
- Experience in teaching or coaching students for SSB TGT, OSSTET, or similar competitive examinations.
- Lesson planning, classroom management, and student assessment skills to ensure effective learning outcomes.
