Role Description The Senior Video & Motion Graphics Editor | EdTech role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. In this role, the editor will conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality video content and motion graphics for educational and promotional materials, including explainer videos, course modules, social media campaigns, and brand stories. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with instructional designers and marketing teams, editing raw footage, creating animated elements, refining sound design, and optimizing content for multiple digital platforms.

The editor will ensure that all visual assets align with brand guidelines, maintain a consistent visual style, and meet deadlines for various campaigns and learning initiatives. The role also involves staying current with industry trends in EdTech, video production,



and motion design to continuously improve content quality and learner engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and familiarity with video formats and workflows.
- Proficiency in motion graphics and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) and experience creating dynamic visual assets for educational content.
- Experience in storyboarding, visual storytelling, and scripting for short-form and long-form video content in an education or EdTech context.
- Knowledge of audio editing, basic sound design, and integrating voiceovers, music, and effects to enhance video quality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, organize assets, and meet production timelines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- A keen eye for detail, composition, typography, and brand consistency across all visual materials.
- Relevant experience in EdTech, e-learning, or education-focused content production is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Animation, Media Studies, Design, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback constructively.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing and motion graphics work, preferably including educational or training content.
