We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our ongoing project in Idukki, Kerala.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work progresses according to project plans.
- Coordinate and manage site workers, contractors and subcontractors.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure work is completed within the project schedule.
- Monitor material requirements, usage and site inventory.
- Coordinate with engineers, architects and project management teams.
- Ensure workplace safety and maintain proper site discipline.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project management.

Requirements:





- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials and site management.
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate site activities independently.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Solid communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
