Role Description The Store Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.

Manager will oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and coordination of tyre and battery fitment services. This role involves supervising store staff, organizing work schedules, and ensuring service quality and safety standards are maintained.

Manager will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues,



and work to improve customer satisfaction and retention. The position also includes monitoring sales performance, controlling retail loss, maintaining accurate records, and supporting local marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

- Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service.
- Effective Communication abilities for interacting with customers, team members, and vendors.
- Store Management experience, including day-to-day operations, inventory control, and team supervision.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard stock and minimize shrinkage.
- Proven experience in retail, automotive, or service-oriented environments.
- Ability to work in office in Noida and manage a fast-paced, hands-on operational setting.
- Basic understanding of tyres, batteries, and related automotive products (training can be provided).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort with basic computer and POS systems.
- Education in business, retail management, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
