The Team

Lead will oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including planning, coordinating, and monitoring movement of goods and people in alignment with service-level agreements.

Responsibilities include managing a team of operations staff, allocating work, resolving escalations, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.



The role also involves tracking key performance indicators, preparing operational reports, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The Team

Lead will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to maintain smooth operations and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop team members.
- Operational expertise in logistics, warehousing, transport coordination, or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in basic data analysis, reporting, and use of logistics or ERP systems to monitor performance.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities, especially in time-sensitive operational environments.
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
- Ability to work on-site in Muvattupuzha and manage shift-based or extended hours as required by operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field; relevant experience in logistics or transportation operations is highly beneficial.
