Role Description The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video projects, including corporate films, commercials, animations, documentaries, and product videos, to meet client and internal creative requirements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing raw footage, selecting and trimming clips, applying transitions, synchronizing audio, and performing basic sound adjustments. The role also involves color grading, integrating motion graphics and titles, and collaborating closely with directors, producers, and designers to maintain consistency with the project’s visual style and narrative.

The Video

Editor will manage multiple projects, ensure timely delivery,



and prepare final outputs in required formats for various platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Video Production and Video Editing skills, with experience handling end-to-end post-production workflows.
- Candidates should possess Video Color Grading skills, including adjusting color, exposure, and visual tone to match creative direction.
- Candidates should possess Motion Graphics and Graphics skills for integrating titles, lower thirds, visual effects, and branding elements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, or similar).
- Strong storytelling sense, attention to detail, and ability to interpret creative briefs and client feedback effectively.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work on-site in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Animation, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in corporate, commercial, or documentary video projects is an advantage.
- Should be able to generate AI videos.
- Should be able to do motion graphics too.
