Role Description The Software Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Ranchi. This role involves leading software sales activities, managing the sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for Marg ERP solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.

Manager will oversee and mentor the sales team, set sales targets, track performance, and ensure high-quality customer service before and after the sale.



The role also requires close collaboration with technical and support teams to address client needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and general Sales skills, with experience promoting ERP or similar software solutions.
- Candidates should possess Sales Management abilities, including team leadership, target setting, and performance monitoring.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, focusing on client satisfaction, relationship building, and post-sales support.
- Candidates should possess Negotiation skills for pricing discussions, contract finalization, and closing deals.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in software or technology sectors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Strong analytical and planning skills, including familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ranchi and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
