Zynsi is looking for a creative and organised Social Media Manager to manage our clients’ social media presence, develop engaging content, and turn brand goals into transparent content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Create monthly content calendars and schedule posts, reels, and stories.
Write engaging captions, reel scripts, and brand-specific content.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and shoot teams to deliver content on time.
Monitor trends and suggest relevant content ideas.
Manage comments and DMs in line with each brand’s tone.
Track reach, engagement, and follower growth, and prepare performance reports.
Coordinate with clients on content approvals, feedback, and campaign requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience managing social media accounts for brands or businesses.
Strong copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
Understanding of Instagram trends, reels, and platform analytics.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Canva.
Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus.
