We're hiring: Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager

At Geminate Solutions, we build software for clients across India, the US, Australia and the Middle East, plus our own products in-house.

We need ONE person who can handle social media end to end: content, growth and paid ads.

? Social Media & Content

→ Manage our LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook pages

→ Plan a content calendar and post consistently every week

→ Write hooks, captions and carousel copy that make people stop scrolling

→ Script and edit Reels and short videos with our team on camera

? Paid Marketing

→ Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (lead gen + awareness)

→ Run Google Ads: Search, Display and Performance Max

→ Set up conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag, GA4)

→ Report weekly on CPL, CTR, ROAS and lead quality, then fix what's not working

✅ You're a fit if you:





→ Have 2+ years of hands-on experience with social media AND paid ads

→ Have managed real ad budgets on both Meta and Google

→ Can show accounts you grew or campaigns you ran, with numbers

→ Are comfortable with Canva or CapCut (Figma or Premiere is a bonus)

→ Know WHY a post or ad works, not just that it worked

? Salary: ₹35,000–55,000/month, based on skills and proven results
